01Who provides Beast

Beast (the app at app.beast.clon.one) is provided by „CLONE AI” S.R.L., Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1025600065276, registered address 34 Vatlina St., Republic of Moldova, contact salut@clon.one ("we").

02What Beast does

Beast turns the sentences you type into tasks, meetings, money and people, in a personal space and, if you want, in team spaces. Optionally, it can connect to Google Calendar to show your events, add Beast meetings to your calendar, create Google Meet links and find common free times with your team.

03Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for activity in your account and for any keys (for example, MCP keys) you create and give to other apps.
The owner of a team space decides who joins and what roles members have.

04Beta and the Beast model

Beast is in beta: features may change and errors can happen. During the beta, using the app requires your consent for your anonymised sentences to be used to train the Beast model, as described in the Privacy Policy. Google Calendar data is never used for training. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.

05Your content

What you write in Beast stays yours. You only give us the right to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you and your team (and, with your consent, to train the model). You can download your data from the app and ask us to delete it.

06Google Calendar

Connecting is optional. By using it you also accept Google's Terms. Beast acts on your calendar only as described in the Privacy Policy and as you trigger in the app (for example, a new meeting or an invitation). You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Google Calendar; access is then revoked and imported events are deleted.

07What you may not do

use Beast for anything illegal, for spam or to harass anyone (including through invitations or the booking link);
try to bypass security, limits or other users' access;
upload data about others that you are not entitled to keep;
overload the service or scrape it automatically.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; we will tell you why where the law allows.

08Plans

Beast has a free plan and plans with more features. If a plan is paid, the price and conditions are shown to you before you pay. Each plan's limits are shown in the app.

09Liability

We do our best to keep Beast working well and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Double-check important things (for example, a meeting time or an amount). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Ending

You can stop using Beast at any time and ask us to delete your account at salut@clon.one. If we ever shut the service down, we will tell you in advance and give you time to download your data.

11Changes, law, contact

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country. Questions: salut@clon.one.
